Come along to the Fermentary Project Room and discover how fermented drinks of all types are made. See practical demonstrations of techniques and taste the raw probiotic liquids before they are flavored for bottling. Learn the differences between some of the most common types of fermented products and understand why each person may need a different probiotic for optimal health.
Ticket price includes a kombucha starter pack to take home and a taste of our medal winning food products.
A unique opportunity to observe and discuss the various aspects of fermenting with Dr Newcombe. Group sizes are currently limited to 10, book early via email or phone to avoid disappointment.
