Today, my incredible 87-year-old step-dad ‘featured in the green and gold’ proved that age is just a number by coming 1st in a 200m World Masters sprint race! We’re talking 36:57 secs and 2nd in his 100m (16 secs) which is faster than many athletic kids! 🥈🔥
His determination and spirit remind us that no matter where we are in life, we can still set goals, chase our dreams, and surprise ourselves with what we can achieve. It’s never too late to push your limits and prove that you’re capable of amazing things. 🌟
Here’s to celebrating every win, no matter how big or small, and to always believing in yourself, no matter your age. 💪✨
