We are delighted to be collaborating with Chef, Holly Wright, Byng Street Boutique Hotel and Head Winemaker, Tomm McDonald, along with owners of Macquariedale, Derice & Ross McDonald for an evening of exceptional food and wine, showcasing local product. The evening will begin with our Sparkling Blanc de Blanc and oysters served on the terrace of Byng Street Hotel. A four-course delicious meal with matching Macquariedale wines will follow served in the beautiful Yallungah dining room. During the evening Tomm will share his experiences of doing a vintage in Sonoma, California and what 2024 vintage is shaping up to be. We look forward to sharing in a great evening with you.
