FOOD Week 2022 is coming!

Join us for a fermentation workshop or a private tasting.  Details of workshops are below, please book your ticket using the trybooking site.   

If you are interested in a tasting of our products we can accommodate groups of up to 8 people in our project room.  Tastings are $10 per person and payment is required at the time of booking. Please send an e-mail to us to make a booking: biancaskitchen@theorangefermentary.com 

Fermented Drinks Workshops

Saturday 2nd,  Tuesday 5th, Thursday 7th and Saturday 9th April 2022

Come along to the Fermentary Project Room and discover how fermented drinks of all types are made. See practical demonstrations of techniques and taste the raw probiotic liquids before they are flavored for bottling. Learn the differences between some of the most common types of fermented products and understand why each person may need a different probiotic for optimal health. 

Ticket price includes a kombucha start pack to take home.  

A unique opportunity to observe and discuss the various aspects of fermenting with Dr Newcombe. Group sizes are currently limited to 10 for COVID safety, book early via email or phone to avoid disappointment.
