As part of our commitment to meeting our client’s needs, we are currently searching for a full-time receptionist to join our team. To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated, have a professional presentation and a positive attitude.
About the role
Managing the reception area including answering and directing calls, making appointments, greeting clients in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining solicitors’ diaries, collecting and distributing post, taking payments over the phone and via eftpos, banking, kitchen duties, ordering office supplies, file management, providing support to the practice manager and paralegals.
Previous experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided but all candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
