We are hiring 

A part-time reception /admin person to join a small friendly customer focussed practice. You would be responsible to one therapist and assist maintaining a happy and efficient practice.

The ideal candidate

would have

1. Strong organisational skills

2.The ability to assist clients with courtesy and accuracy

3. Great attention to detail

Job responsinbilities include:

  1. Greeting and directing clients appropriately. Organising client payments and receipting. 
  2. Managing the diary of appointments.
  3. Communicting with Insurers and various Departments as needed
  4. Assisting to further improve the systems and functioning of the practice 

Work hours

Ideally Tues/Thurs and Friday

9am to 4.30pm

Hourly rate $28 to $36 commensurate with relevant reception experience
