- Previous experience in hospitality
- Over 18 years of age, current RSA, and authorised to work in Australia
- Can show leadership, organisational skills and multi-task in a professional
manner
- You are motivated, share a passion for Aussie craft spirits, and enjoy a team
environment

Cellar Door / Bar Manager (full-time)
- Provide premium level of customer service
- Contribute ideas for tailoring menus specific to our customers
- Manage, train and lead staff
- Manage your area to maintain quality standards
- Overseeing and stock control
Cellar Door/Bar Staff
- Provide premium level of customer service
- Maintain quality standards

Kitchen / Wait Staff
- Prepare, cook and maintain quality standards

About Jones & Smith Distillery:
We are a family owned and operated distillery established in 2017.
Using the finest quality ingredients, our spirits are 100% authentically crafted and aged under the most favourable cold climatic conditions in the heart of the Central West.
We currently produce award-winning Australian Single Malt Whisky and award- winning Gin.
Our business is expanding in production and with the acquisition of our Cellar Door which includes a restaurant and extended trading hours.
