Flower Delivery Driver- Hearty Blooms

Working Hours: 2-3 hours per day, Tuesday to Friday (excluding school holidays) 10 or 11am until 1 or 2pm each day

Job Description:

We are an online based florist located in Nashdale (5 minutes out of Orange CBD), seeking a friendly and reliable individual to join our team in a part-time/casual capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for two delivery slots each day from Tuesday to Friday as well as sometimes assisting in stripping flowers and giving a helping hand in other duties to help run the business smoothly. This position is ideal for someone looking for a work schedule within school hours, with a commitment of 2-3 hours per day from Tuesday to Friday, excluding school holidays. Work van will be provided and kept on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising the delivery route for the day
• Delivering beautiful flowers to people’s houses and businesses within Orange NSW
• If time permits:
  • • Stripping flowers and foliages
    • Receiving and unpacking boxes of flowers and foliages as well as packages of sundries and other supplies
    • Undertaking the less glamorous side of floristry like sweeping floors, filling buckets of water, washing buckets

Qualifications and Skills:

• No experience needed
• Clean drivers license is essential
• Basic smartphone skills 
• Bright, friendly, kind, and empathetic personality
• Social media experience not essential but would be desired 

Working Hours:

• 2-3 hours per day, Tuesday to Friday (excluding school holidays)

Salary:

• $30 per hour + superannuation
