What you will be doing 

  • Managing the client account opening process 
  • Preparation of statements of advice, client file management and record keeping activities
  • Using Morgans internal CRM, Salesforce and IRESS systems and assisting advisers to maintain and update client records 
  • Assisting Advisers with corporate issues, ensure advisers lodge bids by due dates, preparing letters of offers, recording and processing application forms
  • General day to day duties as required
  • Deceased estate administration and processing
  • Consulting with solicitors and accountants


What you will bring 

  • RG146 favorable, but not essential
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills along with the ability to learn new systems (e.g. Salesforce and IRESS)
  • Experience in a similar corporate role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A genuine interest in a career in financial services
