What you will be doing
- Managing the client account opening process
- Preparation of statements of advice, client file management and record keeping activities
- Using Morgans internal CRM, Salesforce and IRESS systems and assisting advisers to maintain and update client records
- Assisting Advisers with corporate issues, ensure advisers lodge bids by due dates, preparing letters of offers, recording and processing application forms
- General day to day duties as required
- Deceased estate administration and processing
- Consulting with solicitors and accountants
What you will bring
- RG146 favorable, but not essential
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills along with the ability to learn new systems (e.g. Salesforce and IRESS)
- Experience in a similar corporate role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- A genuine interest in a career in financial services
