The Byng Street Boutique Hotel is now seeking an experienced Chef to join the team. You will predominantly support our Head Chef with breakfast service duties and preparation, particularly in their absence. This is a great role for a Mum looking for regular work for two mornings each week.

We would like to speak with you if you possess:

• Previous experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
• Fully qualified with Cert III Commercial Cookery minimum preferred.
• Availability to work a hospitality roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required when our full time Head Chef is on leave.
• A passion and love for fresh local produce.
