Trang Le is a hardworking Mum in business. Trang moved to Australia in 2012 to start a family with her Parkes NSW born husband. Now a Mum of three young kids (all under 10yrs), Trang has been in business for 8 years. Trang has been in business for many years, starting off at markets selling her jerky to having a food van, two restaurants and now her own range of sauces, which in the past six months the online sales have grown and are now being stocked in stores and supermarkets in NSW, with interest increasing increasing to supermarkets Australia wide. There is no other business like Trang's offering marinades and sauces from her home town Hue Vietnam in the area.
With English being her second language, and all her family support now stuck overseas, Trang has overcome many hurdles in business and continues to be happy, positive and coming up with new ideas for her businesses. Trang strives to make sure customers are happy and will go out of her way to make you feel special in her presence.
Trang owns Trang Hue Catering, Trang Hue Orange City, Trang's Kitchen on Summer street, Orange, one food van and her own online store and markets selling Trang Hue marinades, sauces, jerky and crackle.
Trang is a 2021 Ausmumpreneur Finalist in 2 judged categories. Trang has also supported many fundraiser events, donations and more over the years.
