Kylie Toberty has over 27 years of experience in the education system and is incredibly professional and hard-working. With a degree in education and experience in management, public speaking and strategic planning, Kylie is very well qualified; though it's her kindness, generosity and care of the school community that truly sets her apart. In her years at Nashdale School she has created a strong community and leads the School with enthusiasm. She greets the kids by name in the morning and takes an interest in how they all are and is available when needed for advice or to help.
Nothing is too much of an issue and nothing is too difficult and there is an emphasis on mental health, nurturing and acceptance. There are children with special needs who are welcomed into the community with open arms and helped and supported, and my kids always comment that the golden rule at Nashdale is that everyone is always welcome and must be included in games etc.
I feel so lucky to have such an exceptional Principal and role model for my kids and I think the rest of the parents at Nashdale would agree!
