Emma is a wonderful educator who always puts others first. She has been teaching for 12 years as a classroom primary school teacher at Cowra Public School and in this time has trained to assist students with a hearing disability. At the beginning of 2021, Emma united Cowra Public School staff by organising 20 staff by organising 20 staff members to shave their hair off for the world's greatest shave. As a team we raised $37,000 and we wouldn't have achieved this if it wasn't for Emma.
Emma shares her knowledge and skills with colleagues to ensure all students are catered for in their learning. She currently works at different schools in the Central West with a focus on assisting students with hearing disabilities.
Emma is always positive and both staff and students love her.
