Bell Conveyancing is a small Conveyancing business located in Bathurst NSW 2795, established in July 2017 single handedly by its director and licensed conveyancer Kristy Bell, all whilst raising two beautiful young daughters.
Kristy’s tenacity has drove her business from a spare bedroom to a large CBD office and growing to employ three full time staff.
Kristy is pioneering the change to (Electronic) E-Conveyancing, expanding her business to service anyone in the central west and all of New South Wales. Kristy is a dynamic leader and has made the goal of and is working towards a paperless office.
Kristy is humbled by the enormous support of the local community and for the third year has sponsored the local hope cottage cancer fundraiser. Kristy hosted a Community Cancer Council biggest morning tea and reached royal donation status raising over $3000.
Kristy has sponsored two local sporting clubs. a local rugby club, and a local bowls club.
