I am a mum of 2 teenage girls living in the central west. I founded Salt & Sage when I observed my daughter's friends consistently choosing to sit by the pool's edge during pool parties.
I didn't reinvent the wheel, as there are already products available for teenagers. However, I believed that we could elevate the design and style of Period-Proof Swimwear, transforming it into a chic and desirable choice just like any other swimwear style.
We sell a range of affordable individual pieces such as our backless one piece, bottoms, tankinis, triangle bikini tops. The fabrics used are of the highest quality being that its water resistant and fast drying. The period proof gussets hold up to 10ml of blood which is the equivalent to 2 regular tampons. Our sizes range from 10 years to 16 years.
