Costello Consultancy has humble beginnings, with a proud Irish heritage. Catherine began this business, 7 years ago, as a family run business with a holistic approach to providing NDIS supports to participants. Still now family owned and run, we have gratefully grown to who we are today. Our strong family values are embedded throughout our organisation, ensuring we have a 'client first' focus. This approach is at the forefront of every decision that is made in relation to the strategic direction and daily operation of the organisation and most importantly, how we support our participants on their NDIS journey.
At Costello we believe that IT TAKES A VILLAGE to navigate the NDIS. That’s why we encourage you to be part of the Costello Village! Community, Connection and Creativity are at the heart of the Costello values and we are bringing those values to Orange and the Central West.
We are a registered NDIS provider and offer Art Therapy, Social and Creative programs and Support Coordination. Naomi is our registered Art Therapist and is available for NDIS and private referrals Monday to Thursday, we can also arrange home visits if necessary. Naomi is also a trained Early Childhood Teacher and brings a wealth of experience, from Teaching, Youth work and a career in disabilities. Our referral form can be found on our website.
Lucy, our Office manager is new to Costello and brings with her a background in Customer Service and is passionate about giving back to her community, that as she say "has given her so much". Lucy is also looking to expand and train as a youth worker, which will add another amazing element to the Orange team
We look forward to growing our Orange Office and trust that we can bring the Costello family values to the families of Orange and the Central West.
