Olivia Andrews has worn a number of hats throughout her 16-year career in the food industry. She is a cookbook author, recipe writer, food stylist, TV host and was the co-founder of the hugely sucessful meal kit delivery service Marley Spoon.
Olivia conceptualised the look, feel, taste, flavours, style, art direction, recipe writing style and menu planning of Marley Spoon Australia and for sister brand, Dinnerly.
Her career has also spanned top restaurant kitchens, as well as some of Australia’s most prestigious food magazines and TV shows, including Fresh, Gourmet Traveller, delicious, SBS Feast, Destination Flavour, MasterChef and The Biggest Loser.
As a mother of two young kids, she believes good eating begins in the family and from a young age. Her healthy, flavour-packed recipes combine global influences with nutritional balance and a generous approach to vegetables.
