The countdown to 2025 is on, and Orange is gearing up for its biggest New Year’s Eve celebration yet. Hosted at the Waratah Sportsground, the event promises a memorable night of live music, delicious food, family fun, and the dazzling fireworks display that everyone looks forward to.

Organised by Orange City Council and proudly sponsored by Belle Property and Kennards Hire, this year’s event is all about bringing the community together in the spirit of unity, love, and freedom.

Peter McCormack, Director of Belle Property Orange, expressed his enthusiasm for supporting the event saying, “we are excited once again to be involved in Orange’s New Year’s Eve celebration. Our business has long ties with Orange’s New Year’s Eve celebration. Our business has long ties with Orange’s New Year Eve celebration (through McCormack Barber), and this year we will be sponsoring the Belle Property fireworks display. We are proud to support an event that offers a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the New Year while staying in Orange with family and friends.”

Headlining the night is local favourite Wild Things Run, alongside performances by Javier and the Wave and Kent Eastwood. For Javier Rocha, this event is about more than just music—it’s a chance to connect with the community and celebrate the year that was.

“Playing at this event for me means celebration!” says Rocha. “Ending this lap around the Sun sharing our music while sharing a message of peace and love. We will set the tone with only positive vibrations. Our music is about unity, love, and freedom that will be shared with everyone around.”

The evening will be packed with family-friendly activities, an array of food trucks, local wine, and a beer garden to keep everyone refreshed. The highlight of the night? The spectacular fireworks display at 9:15pm, proudly sponsored by Belle Property, lighting up the Orange sky as the perfect way to usher in 2025.

Orange Mayor Tony Mileto shares his enthusiasm for the event. “New Year’s Eve is such a special time to come together as a community and reflect on the past year while looking forward to the next. This event showcases the best of Orange—our talent, our food, and our people.”

The festivities will run from 4pm to 9:30pm, and free bus services will be available for attendees. Registrations are essential, so don’t forget to secure your spot early.

Whether you’re there for the music, the food, or simply to soak in the positive vibes, this is one event you won’t want to miss.
