This vegan recipe serves 2 and can be made in under 5 mins.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of oat milk (or substitute with your favourite dairy-free milk; soy, almond, coconut).
1 sachet of frozen açaí (can be purchased from the frozen section of supermarkets)
1 banana (you can use frozen bananas too)
1 cup of frozen blueberries
3/4 -1 cup frozen raspberries or mix it up; can include strawberries, blackberries, dragonfruit pieces
1 teaspoon of Almond butter or mixed seed butter (or substitute peanut butter)
1-2 Tbs of plain coconut yoghurt, (can leave out though gives it extra creaminess)
1-2 teaspoons of honey, optional
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together for a couple of minutes in a powerful blender.
Serve in a glass or for an extra boost in a bowl and dress up with extra ingredients like muesli, granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, fruit and enjoy!
