The Women to Grow (WTG) is an innovative entrepreneurship program, available for all women in NSW aged 18+ offered by House to Grow with the support of the NSW Government, aimed at developing core skills around an entrepreneurial mindset, helping participants strengthen their abilities to gain market entry.

Women to Grow – Idea to Startup to Business is a FREE program designed to inspire, educate and empower participants by cultivating women’s skills in business delivered through ‘three keys to win’.
1. Behind you from your first step
First part of this program is a one day intensive educational training (face-to-face, 09:30 AM – 05:30 PM). A group-based life coaching session will plant the seed for a positive mindset while increasing motivation, confidence, and team building. It will include learning plans with tailored goal setting and challenge limiting beliefs using high motivational techniques to help you reach your full potential.
2. How Exciting!
As you think about starting a business, you will have so many questions. Women to Grow is here to guide you every step of the way and help you navigate through the essential steps required to ensure your progress.
You will find a selection of 120 minute webinar events focused on first steps for women entrepreneurs and new start-up founders, facilitated by successful entrepreneurs.
Getting an understanding of the basic fundamentals will help you make decisions and take actions ultimately saving you time in running your business, help you make more money and give you confidence to build a successful business.
3. Ensuring your Success!
Emotional Intelligence is the number one indicator of success in business and life, a secret weapon that every entrepreneur needs when it comes to predicting success.
It involves managing and understanding your own emotions, as well as the emotions of others.
Entrepreneurs with high Emotional Intelligence are more creative, innovative and successful than people with general mental ability. This factor determines many outcomes, especially when it comes to business. An online training will equip you with the skills you need to build strong relationships, manage stress, make effective decisions, identify customer needs, leverage your leadership, and social skills.
