This fun-filled workshop for Teens 11 – 16yrs focuses on kickboxing fitness, confidence-building, and learning skills useful in self-defence.
Students will practice real techniques as we teach you how to jab, cross and throw a front kick.
You’ll learn how to wrap your hands, how to throw a punch, and basic self defence techniques.
No previous experience required!
– have 1.5hrs of fun and fitness
– Learn basic self defence and boxing skills
– Receive your OWN set of handwraps to take home
