Celebrate Halloween with some spooky science!
NSW DPI Orange Agricultural Institute is home to some of our state’s best scientists, and they want to share that knowledge with the next generation of scientists.
Get the gruesome facts on gelatine, mix up your own sherbet potion and find out where sugar comes from. (Did you know NSW DPI scientists provide their research to help sugar cane growers too?!)
They will be handing out treats from 4-6pm, Tuesday 31 October.
