The Restaurant has made a splash in the Orange culinary scene and already established awards with AGFG. Whitneys Restaurant & Bar is seeking passionate, talented well presented Restaurant and Bar supervisors for immediate start 


About the role

We are looking for Restaurant & Bar Supervisor's to join our amazing F&B team, immediate start is available for successful candidates.

The responsibilities of this position are to support the restaurant manager in maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, customer service standards and team spirit.


What we are looking for:

  • Strong understanding of food, wine & other beverages.
  • Previous fine dining &/or a la carte experience
  • Bar, Cocktail and Barista knowledge
  • Be available to work weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster as per business needs
  • Be passionate about hospitality
  • Strong understating of POS systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to supervise, train, lead and motivate staff
  • Ensuring staff are well trained and informed about menus
  • Have excellent presentation and attention to detail
  • Have a current RSA
  • Most importantly - LOVE TO HAVE FUN AT WORK


Skill and experience:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
  • A strong understanding of food, beverage and labour costs
  • Attention to detail, high quality of work, and customer focused
  • Coordinating large bookings and managing reservations
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, stock ordering, stocktaking,
  • End of night reconciliation and banking
  • Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations
