About us

Air Dinkum Mechanical Services Pty Ltd is a family run business located in Orange NSW who specialise in Commercial Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical. We are forever growing and are looking at expanding our team to include an Office Manager.

About the Role

You will be responsible for all forms of administration. You will be your own boss and will be required to work independently on most days. You will be the ‘third hand’ to the Company Director assisting him daily to ensure the administration side of the business is running smoothly.

  • Data Entry
  • Invoicing
  • Purchase Orders
  • Incoming Phone Calls
  • Ordering of parts and supplies
  • Implementing job schedules
  • Putting new practices and procedures into place
  • Assisting with quotes

You will

  • Hold 5+ years experience in the administration field
  • Be a driven and organised individual who is up for the initial challenge of implementing new practices and procedures to remove the administration duties from the Company Director.
  • Have an easy going personality while still demonstrating strong leadership qualities that will adapt to all scenarios
  • Display a can do attitude

Although this role is a full-time position we will be flexible once the initial ‘set up and challenges’ are met to allow the right candidate to work flexible days/hours to suit their needs if required.
