At AiRE, we design, develop and deliver advanced software for the real estate industry, via our digital employee platform named RiTA. Using artificial intelligence and automation, we help agents and business owners enjoy a more efficient, better, and hyper-personalised service experience for their customers.


Our business is rapidly growing, with customers in Australia and New Zealand and plans to extend our reach even further. With this growth, we are looking for a wonderful new individual to join our team in support and assist real estate agents to reach their potential.


We are looking for callers that have the skills and knowledge to exceed customers’ expectations and be part of a great fun team. Candidates should be hard working, reliable and dedicated callers to open doors and set qualified meetings for Real Estate Agents. Our shifts are only 3 hours at a time, so we can fit in with your lifestyle, and so you can keep up the energy!

What is involved:

  • Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
  • Noting important details of each conversation.
  • Using scripts to provide information about potential appraisals to be done by Real Estate agents
  • Booking in appraisal appointments
  • Sending out market reports
  • Calling a list of potential clients per 3-hour shifts – AM or PM shifts
  • Work from home role

Requirements for the role:

  • Have a laptop with working microphone and camera
  • Bubbly friendly personality
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Positive attitude, prepared to stretch yourself and go the extra mile
  • Competitive nature and comfortable working to targets
